Terms of Delivery

Order

The Cool4U Ltd. operate the following websites to provide quality service to its partners: http://webshop.cool4u.hu and http://www.autoclima-webshop.hu
You can place your order by phone on workdays from 8 am to 4.30 pm, or by other channels (email, fax, webshop) 0-24. We will not be liable for any faultily orders placed on the phone.
The orders are processed on workdays from 8-16.
The ordered products which are on stock will be delivered on the next workday by courier service throughout the country (if you place your order by residential A/C until 2pm and other products until 4pm). The orders were placed after 4pm can be processed on the next workday.

We send confirmation for every order placed online. The general execution deadline is from the confirmation within 1-2 workdays. In case the item is not on stock, we will inform you about the expected delivery date after checking it with the supplier.
The Cool4U Kft. reserves the right to partially or completely reject the orders already acknowledged. Partial delivery can only be done after consultation with the customer!

Cancellation of order

The customer is entitled to cancel his order after the order but before the delivery. He can report his request to our customer service at +361 422 1818. In this case, the buyer is not liable for any costs.

Receipt of goods

The ordered goods can be received in our office in worktime (8-16) or can be delivered with courier service to all regions of Hungary. We deliver the goods the after the order on the next workday between 8 am and 5 pm depending on the local service of the courier service.

In case the delivery address is outside Hungary, after the order we inform our partners about the time, price and other conditions of the delivery.

If the goods are returned due to a faulty order, the customer will be obliged to pay the cost of the delivery.
When receiving the goods, the customer must check the contents of the package, the quantities and integrity of the delivered goods.

Withdrawal from purchasing

In case of products ordered through the online store, our clients qualifying as consumers are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving of the invoice.
Likewise, in the case of a contract for the provision of a service, the contract has begun, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract within 14 days without any reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to a business (reseller, wholesaler, service, etc), so a person who is engaged in a profession, self-employment or business.
